Fairway Management Group has taken over the management of Shoppes of Ridenour. The property was recently purchased by Fairway Investments and will be managed by Fairway’s Chris Courtenay.
Shoppes at Ridenour is a new retail development located at the entrance of an existing community with 1,045 single-family homes, apartments, townhomes, and condos. The development offers tremendous visibility with frontage and access from Barrett Parkway. Positioned between Cobb Parkway and Old 41 Highway, the center caters to the Kennesaw/Barrett Parkway market which includes major retailers, economic generators, Southern Polytechnic University and Kennesaw State University.
