Beth Bullock

Corporate Controller

Beth joined Fairway Management Group in August 2013 as Corporate Accountant serving Fairway Management Group and Fairway Investments, bringing with her more than 16 years of experience in commercial real estate financial reporting and accounting. Responsibilities include consolidation of investment financials, financial institution compliance reporting, calculation of investment metrics and month end close out process.  In April 2019, Beth was promoted to Corporate Controller.  Prior to joining Fairway Management Group, Beth was employed for more than 15 years by Colonial Properties Trust. During Beth’s years with Colonial she held positions as Division Accountant and Accounting Manager before moving to Corporate Manager of Financial Planning, the position she held when the company merged with Mid-America Apartments in 2013 and she joined Fairway Management Group. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Auburn University in 1993.
