Brad Boswell

Director of Accounting

Brad joined Fairway Management Group in October 2012 as Property Accounting Manager bringing with him more than nine years of real estate accounting experience. His resume includes Bayer Properties and Colonial Properties Trust, both Birmingham-based real estate companies. Brad was responsible for all aspects of property accounting including monthly financial reporting, monthly tenant billings and annual CTI reconciliations. In July 2017, Brad was promoted to Director of Accounting overseeing the talented accounting team where he is responsible for all day-to-day accounting functions, cash management and financial reporting for Fairway Management Group.  Brad is a 1999 graduate of Mississippi State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, and received his accounting degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2008.
