Carter Dukes

Property Accountant

Carter joined Fairway in 2023 as a Property Accountant. He is responsible for preparing monthly financial reports, annual budgets, annual forecasts, and CTI reconciliations. Prior to joining Fairway, Carter served as a Senior Tax Associate specializing in Real Estate and Construction for Warren Averett. While at Warren Averett, he took part in managing, preparing, and reviewing several projects each tax season. During his time at Warren Averett, Carter served as the job manager for all Fairway projects. He graduated from the University of Mississippi in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and went on to receive his master’s degree in accounting and data analytics from the University of Mississippi in 2020.
