Property Accounting Assistant

Keegan joined Fairway Management Group in July 2023 as Property Accounting Assistant. She handles the property accounting including financial reporting, tenant billings, and CTI reconciliations for our 3rd party managed properties. Keegan also assists with the property accounting for properties owned by Fairway Investments. Prior to joining Fairway Management Group, Keegan worked on small contract projects for Vulcan Materials and Coca Cola Bottling United in Birmingham, as well as with Veolia North America in Milwaukee as a general ledger accountant. She also served as Property Accountant in Panama City Beach for By the Sea Resorts. Keegan grew up in Indiana and moved to Birmingham to be closer to family.
