Manager of Lease Administration

Lisa has more than 30 years of banking and legal experience, with a primary emphasis on multi-family, retail and commercial real estate. Prior to joining Fairway Management Group at its inception in 2009, Lisa was an Assistant Vice President of BBVA Compass where she was involved in the creation of the funding desk for the Commercial Real Estate Department. Previously Lisa also worked as a paralegal with Maynard, Cooper & Gale, P.C. and King, Drummond & Dabbs law firms, where she assisted attorneys with the representation of lenders, buyers, sellers, developers, landlords and tenants in all types of real estate matters, including acquisition, development, financing and leasing. Lisa’s current responsibilities with Fairway Management Group include the management and preparation of all lease documentations and lease administration.  Lisa graduated from Leeds High School in 1983 and continued her education at the University of Alabama in Birmingham.
