Sara Haight

Senior Property Manager, North and South Carolina Regions

Sara Haight joined Fairway Management Group in October 2017 as Senior Property Manager and will be responsible for the day to day operations of our North and South Carolina properties. Sara was previously employed by Bayer Properties LLC as the General Manager of Metropolitan. Metropolitan is a mixed-use facility in Charlotte which includes two condominium owners’ associations, a 170,000sf retail component, a ten-story class A office building and a six floor parking deck. In addition, she worked directly for the Metropolitan Master Association Executive Board and was a liaison between the residential management company who directly represented the COA’s.  Prior to her five years at Metropolitan, Sara worked with several developers including Bell Partners, Inc, Pappas Properties LLC and Crosland managing a variety of commercial property types in the North Carolina geographic area for the past 20 years.
